Olivia Parsons is so excited to be part of the Veritas Classical Academy staff. She believes that every child has potential and loves that she can help every student reach theirs. Olivia is a Mid-Ohio Valley native, who graduated from Parkersburg High School in 2012. She is an active member of the community, specifically as part of the Leadership Team for the Wood County Relay for Life. Olivia is a proud mom to her three kids Derek, Ellie, and Fletcher. She has been married to her husband, Andrew, since 2013 and loves that both share a passion for education.
Olivia’s other passions include theatre, which she has been involved with for 28 years. Olivia got her start in theatre with her mother and late godfather’s children’s theatre program, Young Artists Incorporated. Since then she has been on and backstage in countless shows, working in amateur and professional theatre. She is the Spotlight Theater Director at Ely Chapman Education Foundation, a children’s theatre education program for grades 3-6 students. She is also part of the cast at The Company at the Valley Gem Sternwheeler and Major | Riviera where she can be seen performing and directing year-round on both boats. Olivia’s combined passion for the arts and quality education is something she is proud to bring to the students at Veritas Classical Academy.
